The professionals
At Espai Gal·la Placídia we bring together a group of professionals who work from a human, integrative and process-oriented perspective. Here, therapeutic practices are adapted to each person and their life rhythm, respecting the non-linear nature of wellbeing and health.
The professionals who are part of the space are sensitive to processes of change and contribute balance, self-regulation and personal growth in a safe, welcoming and flexible environment.
The professionals working at Espai Gal·la Placídia are independent therapists with diverse approaches, yet aligned with our vision: health understood as a process, respect for each person’s rhythm, and an integrative outlook that accompanies cycles, balance and growth.

Since childhood, the language of the body opened up for me the possibility of communicating with the world through the sensitivity of movement, to express and create.
Later, I learned to understand my balanced use through the Alexander Technique and the subtleties of coordination, through a beautiful and refined integrated dialogue between body and mind. I have been teaching this work for 23 years, and it allows each person’s authenticity to emerge in an integral, serene and connected way. I am continually amazed by the potential of this work and the benefits of sustained practice: reconnecting with one’s own body, relieving tension, learning to integrate and move with greater freedom, and how, little by little, people learn to pause, listen to themselves and guide themselves in a constructive way.
In my integrative search to understand emotion in the body, I trained as a dance/movement therapist, a discipline in which my knowledge comes together and the perspective expands towards the dimension of the psyche and the role of embodiment in the path of awareness and the healing of deep wounds.
My degree in Psychology allows me to unite bodily and mental experiences within emotional processes.
My need to bring together all my experiences enables me to offer you a respectful space, if you are seeking this body-mind connection through an integrative perspective of awareness and healing.

From the point of view of TCM, the causes of energetic imbalance may be external, internal or due to poor habits, or the result of a combination of several of these factors.
With the aim of maintaining or restoring the body’s adaptability, following the great balances of the Universe — Yin-Yang and the 5 elements: water, wood, fire, earth and metal — present in the same way in the microcosm of the human organism, TCM uses channels that connect the exterior with inner depth in order to regulate harmonious functioning.

I treat you in a fully individualised way in order to understand the origin of your disorder and/or illness and help you restore your balance in a natural and lasting way. This approach is suitable for all ages and aims to activate your own internal resources, release physical, mental and emotional blockages and help you recover your health in a stable and conscious way.
In treatments, I use homeopathy as a basis to stimulate your vital energy, iridology to understand the detailed state of each part of your body — and detect possible imbalances, toxicities or dysfunctions — as well as phytotherapy, natural supplementation, aromatherapy and energetic techniques to support your integral regeneration. Each treatment is unique and adapted to your specific needs, whether you are dealing with acute conditions or physical, hormonal, emotional imbalances or chronic processes.
Based on your full clinical history, which I prepare during the first visit, I analyse your symptoms, emotional state and objectives in depth. This initial assessment allows me to understand your situation as a whole and define the most suitable approach for you. In follow-up visits, I accompany you closely and in a personalised way, always respecting your rhythm and facilitating a solid, progressive and sustainable recovery process over time.
After years of experience accompanying health processes, I have found that real change does not depend only on motivation or willingness. Motivation may begin the journey, but it is often unstable. What truly makes the difference is having a clear process, solid professional support and continuity, especially in the most difficult moments.
My commitment is to offer you professional, close and personalised support so that you can recover your energy, balance and wellbeing in a deep and lasting way.
